About FRSHRZ

FRSHRZ.com ("FRSHRZ", "we", "us") runs a platform that distributes job and internship opportunities to students of partner colleges, and helps employers hire from those campuses. FRSHRZ is a facilitator between colleges, employers, and candidates. We are not an employer, and we don't act as an agent of any college or company.

How we collect and use personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Never a fee to students

No placement guarantee

FRSHRZ gives you access to opportunities. We do not guarantee a job, an internship, a shortlist, an interview, or an offer. Employers alone decide on shortlisting, interviews, selection, compensation, offers, and joining, and their decisions are final. Employers are not required to share their evaluation criteria or reasons for rejection, and neither are we.

Job details (role, CTC, location, eligibility) are published as provided by the employer or source. We try to keep them accurate, but employers can change or withdraw an opportunity at any time.

Your account

• One person, one account. An email address or phone number can back only one FRSHRZ account, across all roles.
• Accurate information. Everything you submit (name, academic record, experience, company details) must be true and your own. Knowingly false information can lead to your account being suspended and your applications being withdrawn.
• Keep your login private. Don't share your password or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for activity on it. If you think someone else has accessed it, reset your password and tell us.
• Security checks. Repeated wrong passwords temporarily lock an account, and we may ask you to verify your email. These checks protect you and can't be switched off.

Students & Candidates

• Who can register. Student registration is open to students of colleges with an active engagement with FRSHRZ, and to other candidates only where FRSHRZ has opened registration to them.
• One profile, one-click apply. You fill in your profile once. After it's submitted and verified, it's locked for editing, and each application you make shares that profile with your college's placement cell and with the employer for that role.
• Your college's role. Your college's placement cell (TPO) can see your profile and applications, may need to approve an application before it goes to an employer, and can put your account on hold or debar you from further applications under your college's placement rules.
• After you're placed. Once your placement is confirmed, your account is locked from applying to further roles on FRSHRZ, in line with campus placement practice.
• Be professional. If you apply, show up for the interviews and tests you've accepted, and respond to employers in good time. Repeatedly dropping out after being shortlisted can lead your college or FRSHRZ to restrict your account.

Campuses, Colleges & TPOs

A college's commercial terms with FRSHRZ, including any placement fee, are set out only in its signed Letter of Engagement (LOE). If these terms and a college's LOE ever conflict, the LOE wins for that college. Campus users must:

• use student data only for placement purposes, and only for their own college's students;
• verify that students who register under their college really belong to it;
• use hold/debar powers fairly and in line with their college's published placement rules;
• share opportunities with the whole eligible student pool unless agreed otherwise, and not charge students for access to them.

HR & Corporate

• Submitting a hiring requirement to FRSHRZ is free.
• Opportunities you submit must be genuine, lawful, and accurately described, including CTC, location, and eligibility.
• Candidate data you receive through FRSHRZ may be used only to assess those candidates for the role they applied to. It may not be resold, shared, or used for unrelated marketing.
• You must never ask a candidate for money in connection with any hiring step.

Placement Partners

• Opportunities and candidates you share must be genuine, and you must have the right to share them.
• A shared opportunity only goes live after FRSHRZ reviews and accepts it. FRSHRZ may decline any submission.
• Payouts are earned only on confirmed placements you sourced, on the terms of your partner agreement. They are paid by FRSHRZ and never charged to a candidate.

Confidential opportunities

Some opportunities are shared on a controlled basis, for example with the company's name revealed only after nomination or shortlisting, at the employer's request. If you see a controlled opportunity, don't copy, screenshot, forward, or publish its details outside FRSHRZ, and don't try to work out or contact the employer directly.

Please note: no website can technically stop someone photographing or copying what's on their screen. FRSHRZ protects these opportunities through controlled access and these terms, not through a technical guarantee. Breaking this rule can lead to account suspension.

Acceptable use

When using FRSHRZ, you must not:

• access, or try to access, any account, data, or page you are not authorised to see;
• probe, scan, or test the platform's security, or interfere with its normal working;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data or submit forms;
• upload malicious files, or content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights;
• impersonate another person, college, or company;
• use FRSHRZ to send spam or to recruit for fee-charging schemes.

If you find a security problem, please report it privately to info@frshrz.com rather than exploiting it.

AI tools

Some features, like job-fit scores and resume suggestions, use automated or AI analysis. These are estimates to help you. They are not decisions, and employers don't see them as scores. Always check AI-suggested resume text before using it, and never present anything that isn't true about you.

Suspension & closure

We may suspend or close an account, withdraw applications, or remove content if these terms are broken, if information turns out to be false, or if we need to protect other users or the platform. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll tell you why. You can ask us to close your account at any time. Some records may be kept afterwards where the law or our agreements with colleges require it, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

We work hard to keep FRSHRZ available, accurate, and secure, but the platform is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, FRSHRZ is not liable for employer decisions, for opportunities changed or withdrawn by an employer, or for indirect losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms as FRSHRZ evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If we make a significant change, we'll show a notice on the site. By continuing to use FRSHRZ after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
