How It Works

Students apply directly. Your placement team reviews and confirms eligible candidates.
We manage recruiter communication, scheduling, follow-ups and process tracking end to end.
Selected candidates receive offers. We support joining coordination wherever applicable.
A success-linked fee applies only after a student is successfully placed — per the agreed engagement terms.
