FRSHRZ Placement Partner Programme (P4)

What is the P4 Programme?

FRSHRZ Placement Partner Programme (P4) is a referral-based placement partnership. As a P4 partner, you connect FRSHRZ with hiring companies — either by sharing the recruiter contact or by sharing a job description — and FRSHRZ handles the entire campus and candidate side. When a candidate from the FRSHRZ network is successfully placed at a company you referred, you earn a payout based on the candidate's annual CTC.

There is no upfront cost to join. Payouts are performance-based and paid only after a successful placement is confirmed and the institution fee is received by FRSHRZ.

💵 Payout Structure & Tiers ▼
StandardAll roles (except Sales/Growth/BD/Techno-Commercial): a percentage of the candidate's overall annual CTC — one time, per successfully placed candidate you sourced. Your exact rate is shown on your dashboard once your account is approved.
Sales rolesSales, Growth, Business Development & Techno-Commercial roles: a percentage of the candidate's fixed annual CTC — one time. Variable or performance-linked components are excluded.
Tier 2A higher payout rate applies if you achieve 10 or more placements in a single calendar month. The official selection / offer email for all counted placements must be received by FRSHRZ within that same calendar month.
Tier 3The highest payout rate applies for 15 or more placements in a single calendar month. Same condition: selection emails must be received within the calendar month.
NotePayouts are processed after FRSHRZ confirms the placement and receives the placement fee from the institution. FRSHRZ will raise an invoice and transfer within the agreed timeline after receipt. Your exact payout percentages and current-month tier progress are visible on your partner dashboard once approved.
⚠️ Penalties & Compliance Rules ▼
Bar1-month bar: If 2 companies in a single month remain finally unprocessed for reasons attributable to you as the P4 partner, your account will be barred for 1 month. During this period, no new companies can be shared and no payouts are processed.
BanPermanent ban: If 4 consecutive months each have unprocessed companies attributable to the P4 partner, the partnership is permanently terminated. No further engagement or payouts will occur after this point.
RefundRefund obligation: If company onboarding does not happen — whether due to the company's decision or due to any reason attributable to the P4 partner — and FRSHRZ has already paid a payout for that engagement, the P4 partner must refund the full payout amount within 15 days of the occurrence.
CriticalStudents are never to be charged. At no point, in any circumstance, may a P4 partner solicit or accept any payment from a student or candidate. Any breach of this clause results in immediate and permanent termination of the partnership, and legal action may follow.
👥 How It Works — Two Ways to Participate ▼

You choose how to engage with FRSHRZ per career opportunity you bring in. Both options earn the same payout. Which option you use is decided at the time of sharing each career opportunity — not at onboarding.

The Open ConnectOption 1: Share the Recruiter

You share the name, phone and official email of the HR / recruiter with FRSHRZ. FRSHRZ handles all communication with the campus and students. You handle the recruiter side.

  • You introduce FRSHRZ to the recruiter at the company.
  • FRSHRZ contacts the campus, mobilises students, shares nominations, coordinates interviews, and manages the entire talent pipeline.
  • You manage the recruiter side: confirming receipt, following up on shortlists, interview dates and final results, and sharing them with FRSHRZ.
  • The 7-business-day completion window applies to you from the day FRSHRZ shares nominations.
  • If the HR changes company during the same financial year, or if the financial year changes, you must re-introduce the HR or the company to FRSHRZ for the engagement to continue.
  • FRSHRZ's corporate outreach team will not independently engage with the recruiter in this option — you own the recruiter relationship.

The JD ConnectOption 2: Share the Job Description

You share only the job description (JD) — without recruiter contact details. FRSHRZ handles the campus and talent side entirely. You handle the recruiter side independently.

  • You share the JD with FRSHRZ. You do not share recruiter details.
  • FRSHRZ distributes the opportunity to campuses, mobilises students, and manages the talent pipeline including nominations, updates and student communication.
  • You independently manage all recruiter communication: sharing the JD with the recruiter, sending nominations, coordinating interview dates and process steps, collecting results, and reporting them to FRSHRZ.
  • Since FRSHRZ's corporate outreach team engages with the recruiter in this option, the 7-business-day rule does NOT apply to you as the P4 partner.
🕑 Timelines & Business Hours ▼
FRSHRZ will share nominations within 24 business hours of a career opportunity being officially shared by you. If a career opportunity is shared after 14:00, business hours are counted from the next business day at 10:00.
If a company already exists with FRSHRZ (overlap), FRSHRZ will inform you within 4 business hours of the opportunity being officially shared. Same cut-off rule applies: opportunities shared after 14:00 start the 4-hour clock from next business day 10:00.
For Option 1 (Open Connect): You must complete your side of the process within 7 business days from the day FRSHRZ shares nominations with you. This rule does not apply to Option 2.
Business hours: 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday. No business hours apply on public holidays or weekends. Any communication or opportunity shared outside these hours or after 14:00 is treated as received the next business day at 10:00.
Tier payoutFor tier payouts, the official selection email from the company must be received by FRSHRZ within the relevant calendar month. Placements confirmed after the month ends count in the next month for tier calculation purposes.

Your bank details are required to process payouts. FRSHRZ keeps these strictly confidential and uses them only for payout transfers.

Why we need your bank details upfront: Payouts are processed directly to your account after each confirmed placement. Providing these now means there is no delay when your first payout is due. All details are encrypted and never shared outside FRSHRZ.
