Campus Portal Account & Partnership Terms

Create a password for your FRSHRZ Campus Portal and confirm the partnership terms below.

Partnership Commitments — Please Read Carefully

Zero upfront cost. Your institution pays nothing to join FRSHRZ. A placement fee applies only after a student is successfully placed, as per the percentage in your signed LOE.

Students are never charged. FRSHRZ does not charge students any registration, placement, interview or onboarding fee. Ever. If any recruiter associated with FRSHRZ requests payment from a student, report it to FRSHRZ immediately.

Opportunity response: 4 hours. When a career opportunity is shared with your SPOC via WhatsApp, your institution must respond within 4 hours to confirm whether the opportunity already exists with you. If participating, share nominations within 12 hours of confirming interest.

No placement guarantee. FRSHRZ facilitates and coordinates. Hiring decisions, shortlisting, interview outcomes and offer issuance remain solely with the employer. FRSHRZ makes no placement guarantee.

SPOC responsibility. Your SPOC is responsible for all coordination with FRSHRZ — nominations, student communication, and candidate presence at scheduled processes. Consistent non-participation may affect your active status.

Data privacy. Student data shared with FRSHRZ is used solely for placement coordination. FRSHRZ does not sell, transfer or use this data for any other purpose.
